Bespoke complex rooflight sytem

A stunning frameless rooflight system continuous into the vertical front elevation of the house into a window.

Our Solutions

We were tasked to design a rooflight system to a tricky area as it has horizontal sections and bends. Very challenging also considering a frameless look was desired. Using stepped units and frameless structural glass we designed a complete system for the client and achieved a superb end result. Fitting with structural silicone and silicone smeared stepped units to conceal any framework or upstands the end result is a full glass open view with minimum joint lines.

Glass used was 6mm Activ neutral self cleaning glass and a toughened laminated low e glass on the bottom side for maximum strength as the glass will be a structural element in the overall design.
