Bespoke stainless steel office balustrade

To design, manufacture and install a full staircase bespoke stainless steel glass balustrade.

Our Solutions

We were tasked by the client to design, manufacture and install a bespoke stainless steel balustrade system leading to offices. A challenging project due to the nature of the stairs making return sections extremely tight, we had to improvise and use bespoke metalwork solutions to make it work. This included using square shaped posts utilising an offset handrail system, the end result was a perfect balustrade.

This particular system uses 48.4mm tubing 304 grade Stainless steel, square shaped posts with handrail welded to achieve a continuous handrail throughout. All our steelwork and glass is manufactured in the UK. Glass utilized was 10mm clear toughened glass with radius corners. To ensure extra support we used drilled holes for clamping to ensure glass does not slip out through time.
